Che delizzia che so' li maccaroni!
Sprofumata bontà, che sciccheria!
Ma come se fa a di' che nun so' bòni?
Io, pe' me tanto è la passione mia.
Si me parli de penne, rigatoni,
regginelle, spaghetti e...via via,
manicotti de frati, lasagnoni,
sur subbito me metto in alegria.
Che t'ho da dì?...Pe' me, so' un gran ristoro,
conniti cor butiro e er parmiciano,
coll'alice, coll'ajo e er pommidoro.
Mezzo chiletto ar giorno, sano sano,
lo vojo magnà sempre e, quanno moro,
vojo spirà cor maccarone in mano!
